Sign up now for a RECCESSION BUSTER 3-week pre-Resolution Fitness Camp, which starts on Nov. 30th, and choose from a 5, 3 or 2 day a week option. In the bootcamp, you'd work out for an hour for two, three or five days a week and get a personal fitness evaluation from Jana, which includes a nutrition plan and food diary.
